It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas...

As the busy Christmas period is upon us, this week’s highlight splits over two different areas of flooring. The first was a newly designed kitchen/dining area that used the practicality and hard wearing properties of Luxury Vinyl Tiles to blend the previously two separate rooms into one flowing space. The tiles chosen for the project were Moduleo’s Select range in colour Country Oak 24277. The preparation was F-balls Stopgap HD300 Heavy duty self-smoothing compound allowing for a smooth stable surface on which to lay the tiles on.

The tiles were laid on the 45 Degree angle allowing for both rooms to blend into one, embracing the L-shape room and continuing the flow.

The second area called for a softer approach. A converted church with high end furnishings chose Fibre's Sisal Bengal in colour Kerala to provide an elegant touch to a home study area. Sisal offers an organic flooring solution that provides

everyday practicality with rustic charm. The products hard wearing benefits were ideal for the connecting staircase. Using Durafit 650’s double stick underlay system we ensured the perfect fit and will help to maintain the flooring for longer. The unique colour added to the complete originality of the property.
